Kor-Chem ProWash Press & Screen wash

ProWash Press & Screen wash is an extremely effective cleaning solution designed to cut through and loosen plastisol ink fast.

ProWash is the go-to cleaner once the job has been printed and the screen is being reclaimed. ProWash is not evaporative; it leaves a water-soluble oily residue, so it is not recommended for "On-press" color changes or for screens that will be archived and reused.

ProWash is designed to open dried plastisol or clogged images on the screen during the production run. ProWash is great for use on textile inks without harming the emulsion. ProWash does not have any harsh solvent odors and is practically odorless! ProWash may be rinsed with water and is drain-safe.

Because Prowash is not an evaporative solvent, your work environment will have fewer solvent vapors to contend with.  -  If you need an on-press cleaning solution that evaporates quickly and leaves no residue, try our PC-205 press/screen wash.

DIRECTIONS
Spray or wipe the affected area with ProWash on the ink side of the screen.  Continue to wipe the area, turning the 
towel frequently until dry.  Before resuming printing, always test your print quality on test materials to ensure all 
residue has been eliminated.
