Kor-Chem PC-205 Press & Screen wash
PC-205 is a fast-acting press and screen wash designed for textile screen printing applications. This press and screen wash easily opens up image areas on the screen during the production run. Excellent for press side wash up, color changes, and as a pre-step to color changes using plastisol inks without harming the screen emulsion.
PC-205 dries fast and helps keep production downtime to a minimum. It protects the screen fabric from deep stains or ghost images from the image print and will allow screens to completely reclaim once that step is necessary.

DIRECTIONS
Spray or wipe the affected area with PC-205 on the ink side of the screen. Continue to wipe the area, turning the towel frequently until dry. Before resuming printing, always test your print quality on test materials to ensure all residue has been eliminated.

If you are looking for a cleaning solution that is even more powerful, check out ProWash press/screen cleaning solution. ProWash can quickly dissolve rock-hard plastisol that has been sitting on screens for months, but because it does not evaporate, it will leave a water-soluble oily residue behind. ProWash is not recommended for on-press color changes because of the oily residue it leaves behind.
