2026 Gold Standard end caps (for Monster-Max Scoop-Coater)
Our NEW 2026 Gold Standard end caps are a major upgrade over our Quick Start end caps design. Starting January 1, 2026, all MMCs will be shipped with the NEW upgraded end cap design. 2026 Gold Standard end caps are compatible and will work with all MMC-1 and MMC-2 scoop coaters.
Improvement Feature #1: The angle of attack has been enhanced to increase the flow of emulsion. The attack angle has been optimized to work flawlessly when using a wall-mounted screen holding rack to coat screens.
Improvement Feature #2: Our "Tri-Point" feet design provides a wobble-free coater on almost any surface, even surfaces that are not flat. This reduces initial installation time and provides a more enjoyable user experience!
Improvement Feature #3: Both end caps have been laser-engraved with the words: "Primary Coating Edge" (along with an arrow pointing to the edge) and the words: "MADE IN USA" (along with two stars). This is helpful for workers unfamiliar with the tool or for people setting up the coater for the first time.
2026 Gold Standard end caps are precision laser-cut from 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel. The endcaps undergo a variety of proprietary finishing treatments, providing a silky smooth coating experience.
